Our facility offers a spacious conference/training room with seating for up to 36 people or up to 24 people with individual desk space. This space is perfect for your next meeting, training session, or event.
Our central location on SR 67-N in Daleville, IN, just minutes off of I-69, between Indianapolis and Fort Wayne, offers a great spot to pull attendees from all of East Central Indiana without having to deal with the congestion of the city!
Facility Charge:
$25/hour, with a maximum charge of $125 per day for space
Availability : Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm, Saturday 8:00am-4:00pm

*Access to wireless internet
*Easy building access & parking for attendees
*Handicap accessible facility, restrooms, and parking
*Access to our common area for breaks
There will be $25 non refundable charge to reserve the space. Contact the office for payment.
All cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance in order to receive a refund (less the $25 non-refundable charge).
Additional Charge Options:
$25 - daily rental of projector and audio
$15 - daily rental of 100" diagonal pull down projector screen
$2.00/person - Coffee Bar and bottled water
$5/person - Coffee Bar & Breakfast Bar (minimum of 6 required)
option A: donut holes, mini muffins, and fresh fruit
option B: bagels w/spread, and fresh fruit
option C: yogurt bar (two types of yogurt, granola, raisins, and fresh chopped fruit)
Catering lunch options available upon request. All food requests must be made 48 hours in advance from alloted rental time.
