NCA Outpatient Clinic & Offices

Our facility offers a family friendly environment, perfect for a variety of private practices and other professional uses. Therapists, social workers, family therapists/psychologists, music therapists, tutors, massage therapists...the list is endless, and we are open and flexible to work with your needs. Our outpatient clinic offers two fully equipped therapy rooms, one of which can be used for small group classes or trainings, and 7 private key-entry offices. Our hourly rentals allow you to utilize our space and equipment for 60 minutes at a time. Our monthly lease gives you the opportunity to have a space of your own, a home base to meet with families & patients beyond the 60 minute session time, and a secure place to store files and equipment in your private office space.

Our central location in Daleville, IN, just minutes off of I-69, between Indianapolis and Fort Wayne, offers a great spot to pull clientele from all of East Central Indiana.

Office Space Monthly Lease - $300 per month

*110 sq ft - keyed entry private office
*All utilities and access to secure wireless internet
*Access to a fully equipped kitchen and reception area
*Ability to receive/sign for small parcel shipments and mail
*Contact information and website listed on our website and in our office
*Monthly access to 25 - one hour sessions in one of the fully equipped
therapy rooms (Green Room & Blue Room) with access to additional sessions at a discounted rate.

Therapy Room Rental Space - $15 per hour

Green Room - 360 square feet
Blue Room - 588 square feet

$15 fee includes 60 minutes in one of our fully equipped therapy rooms. Rooms are available on an hourly basis, Monday through Friday, 8am-6pm and Saturday from 9am-3pm. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis (those who lease an office space have first choice of times). There is no limit to the number of hours that can be booked.

Office Room Rental Space - $15 per hour

Fee includes 60 minutes in a 110 sq ft - keyed entry private office, which is fully equipped with a computer and secure wireless internet. Office is available on an hourly basis, Monday through Friday, 8am-6pm and Saturday from 9am-3pm. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no limit to the number or hours that can be booked.
