NCA Training
NCA Training is a professional training facility which provides a venue for meetings, training courses and conferences. We are located in Daleville, IN, 60 minutes NE of Indianapolis and 80 minutes South of Ft. Wayne. Our central location is easily accessible off of I-69.

Payments and Policies
Payment Methods - We accept Visa, MC and Discover. Payment deadlines are listed in each individual event description in the upcoming events tab.
Refund Policy - NCA Training refund deadline is 30 days prior to the date of the conference being held. After this time frame, your purchase is non-refundable. All approved refunds will be subject to a $10 handling fee and will be returned to the original form of payment. Pending refund requests are at the sole discretion of NCA Training. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee you a refund. Please note that in some cases, refund requests may not be processed until after the conference has been held. Refund requests may be made by phone (765-378-9032) or by email training@ncatherapy.com.
Cancelation Policy - NCA Training reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, other circumstances which would make the event non-viable or weather. If NCA Training cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund in the form of their initial payment. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event by NCA Training the participant reserves the right to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event, for the new scheduled date.
NCA Provider Benefits - Current NCA providers will have advanced notice for registration of all training sessions at our facility and will receive a discount on all training session fees.
